This form will help me better understand your hair goals & expectations. I currently do not offer color corrections, global blonding, or vivids. I will reach out with a price quote & availability via text. Thank you for choosing me!

Policies

Deposit
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment and will be subtracted from your final cost. It will be sent via my booking link. Appointments will not be booked until I have received the deposit.

Confirmation
Please be sure to confirm your appointment when GlossGenius sends the confirmation text to you. Not confirming your appointment is not a way to inform me that you won't be able to make it.

Late Arrival
Arriving more than 10 mins late to your appointment will result in an altered service or we may have to reschedule your appointment. Please understand I have other appointments scheduled and cannot run behind.

Extra Guest/Children
Due to safety concerns & limited space, I kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment.

Color Appointment Prep
Please come in with clean & dry hair. Wear a salon friendly shirt that is hood-less & collar-less. If you're getting grey coverage please arrive without root touch up spray or powder.
